In the heart of Bristol’s Castlemead, Green Acorn Property arose from a shared vision between two friends and colleagues, Charles Ikediashi and David Cleary. Both seasoned professionals with backgrounds in property and banking finance, they lived together in Bristol where they experienced firsthand the challenges and unnecessary delays in obtaining rental apartments and tenancy agreements. Their mutual frustrations catalysed the birth of Green Acorn Property in 2012.

The Team
Charles Ikediashi, Managing Director
Charles started his career after studying Economics at Bath University. A 10 year career in banking followed, which eventually led to him progressing from an Associate Director to a Senior Manager at the Bank of Ireland in property finance. With a vast deep understanding of the financials of property finance, having worked at investment banks such as Merrill Lynch in their mortgage backed securities division, he decided to begin his own property journey and founded Green Acorn Property.
David Cleary, Director
David joined Green Acorn Property very shortly after it was born. Having met Charles at Bank of Ireland, they became close friends and great business partners. David has several year’s experience in banking, looking after deposits of several million pounds. His attention to detail has been fundamental in the growth of Green Acorn Property.
